I’m frustrated with how hard it was to get any kind of update. I messaged a few times about my order and either got no response at all or a really late reply that barely answered anything. When they did respond, it felt like one of those canned apology messages that says “sorry for the inconvenience” but doesn’t actually help. I was just left waiting with no clear information. I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their communication

I tried reaching out about my order and it was frustrating. The replies were short, barely answered what I was asking, and different people seemed to give me different answers, which just made it more confusing. It felt like they were more interested in getting rid of me than actually helping. Really not a good experience, and I probably wouldn’t bother contacting them again.

The refund did come through eventually, so maybe I was just being a bit impatient. It took longer than I thought it would, and I started wondering if I’d missed something or judged the process too quickly. In the end, it was sorted...

My order showed up faster than I was expecting, so that was a nice surprise. The tracking updated regularly too, and from the way it was moving, I figured they had things under control. It did end up arriving one day later than the estimate, but i’m still happy with how it went overall

The shirt arrived fine, but the print was lighter than I expected and not as sharp as I was hoping. It’s not awful, just kind of average. The whole experience felt a little impersonal too, like I was just a ticket number getting processed. For the price, I guess it’s alright.

Luckily nothing was actually damaged, but I was definitely worried I’d end up losing out if something got snagged or ruined in transit. For clothing, I expected a bit more care with the packaging, maybe better folding or some extra protection. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average.

The fit was off, the fabric didn’t feel like what was described, and the color wasn’t the same either. The timing made it even more frustrating because I needed it for something coming up and didn’t really have time to deal with a return. If the listing had been more accurate, I probably wouldn’t have bought it

I usually don’t have much trouble shopping on my phone, but this site was frustrating. Pages kept freezing on me, and compared to other stores I’ve used, the checkout felt way more confusing than it needed to be.

I ordered a shirt for a birthday gift and it actually turned out really good. They liked it a lot, the size was right, and the print looked clean. Shipping was a little slower than I was hoping for, which was kind of annoying, but whatever, it still made it in time and looked nice.

The shirt looks a lot like the photos, at least to me. The colors seem maybe just a little darker in person, but not in a bad way. Overall, it was pretty much what I thought I was getting.

The promo looked decent at first, but once I got to checkout, it didn’t apply the way I expected. Some items apparently didn’t count, and the total barely changed.
Maybe I missed some fine print, so that could be on me, but it still felt misleading. I don’t mind paying full price if that’s clear from the start, but don’t make the discount look like a big deal and then have it get weird at checkout. I ended up not ordering, and I don’t think I’ll bother trying again.

I noticed a few loose threads when I first got it, so the stitching didn’t feel super polished to me. That said, it still does the job just fine, and I don’t feel like it’s falling apart or anything. For my use, it’s okay, just not quite as neat as I was hoping

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from musethreads.com at first, but the checkout looked normal and all my order details were easy to follow. I got the updates I expected, and there were no strange charges or payment issues, so that helped me feel better about it.

The quality itself isn’t terrible, just kind of okay for what it is. What bothered me more was the careless handling, it looked like it wasn’t treated with much care before it got to me. Not the worst experience, but definitely a bit disappointing.

I ordered a shirt from musethreads.com and liked it when it showed up. I tried it on right after dinner, still had the tag hanging off, and the fit was decent. The print looked sharp too, kind of better than I expected out of the package.

I washed it once in cold water, inside out, with my usual laundry load, nothing crazy. When I pulled it out, it already looked a little faded, which was annoying. The fabric also felt rougher, almost like an older shirt I’d had sitting in the back of a drawer.

I wasn’t expecting it to stay perfect forever, but one wash feels way too soon for it to change that much. Maybe it’s fine if you only wear it once in a while, but for something I’d actually want to wear regularly, I’m not really happy with it.
